You have a choice of thread colour to select from the menu.
It is only possible to embroider one colour. We would advise that if you are unsure on which colour to choose, that black or white thread usually suits most bean bags.
We will embroider the name(s) in the most appropriate position on a bean bag, on the bean chair the name will be displayed across the top back of the bean chair (front facing) unless you have informed us of your preferred location. Please ensure that all chosen thread colour and capitalisation are correct as any mistakes cannot be rectified once your order is made.
Please ensure chosen letters, wording, number(s) and font are correctly entered as products that have been personalised can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.

Personalised Name
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, that came into force on 13 June 2014 and implements the Consumer Rights Directive for online shopping., as the product has been personalised it is exempt from a refund or exchange. This is clearly laid out in our policies on our website.
Once your order has been embroidered it cannot be cancelled. Bean bags that have been personalised are non-returnable or refundable. Personalisation will add an additional 24 hours processing time; an additional dispatch day will be added for the personalisation process.
